CV Fixer ("the app", "we", "us") helps you score and improve your CV. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the app you agree to this policy.
To generate AI feedback, an improved CV and cover letters, the text of your CV and any job description you paste are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, which processes them to return the result. Your CV is not used to train AI models, and it is never published or sold.
Account and subscription data are stored with our backend providers (Supabase). CV content is processed to create your results; we retain only what is needed to provide the service.
You can sign out at any time from Settings. To request access to, or deletion of, your account and associated data, contact us at the email below. If you are in Türkiye, you have rights under KVKK (Law No. 6698); if you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under the GDPR.
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

CV Fixer analyses your CV to provide an ATS score and AI-assisted suggestions. Results are guidance, not a guarantee of any interview, job, or outcome.
Pro features require a subscription billed through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Upload only CV content you have the right to use. Don't misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
